About Gintyou-sushi

Our previous owner founded the business in 1966 in Nagazumi, Minami-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and the business has been loved by local residents.

In 1990, the store moved to Nagaoka, Minami-ku, Fukuoka City, and the current owner took over.

In 2013, the second-generation owner decided to start up Gintyou-Sushi, a business specializing in delivery service, which had been a long-held dream of his, based on his experience of serving sushi to foreigners in Australia and the United States when he was young and receiving positive feedback.

The sushi toppings are carefully selected from local seafood from Fukuoka and Nagasaki depending on the season and place of origin.
